一、基本情況:

羅剛銀,博士,研究員博士生導師工程化研究中心副主任國家創新醫療器械審評專家蘇州電子協會副理事長。長期從事器官再生、光學成像、圖像處理/人工智能算法等方向的研究

近年來作為項目負責人和課題負責人承擔了20餘項國家及企業課題的研究,包括國家重點研發計劃子課題、國家科技支撐計劃項目、國家863項目子課題、中科院先導A類項目、江蘇省科技支撐項目、蘇州市醫療器械專項、企業委托項目等。

二、主要研究領域及學術成就:

1.器官再生方向:構建基于腫瘤和iPSC腦、心、肝和腫瘤類器官體系及其藥篩應用研究;開展器官再生所需水凝膠、生物活性材料、結構支撐材料研究;類器官長時程功能維持與多模傳感檢測技術;體外肝髒常溫機械灌注維持與再生技術

2.光學成像方向:開展提升顯微成像分辨率、成像速度及成像維度研究,包括高速振鏡掃描控制、多波長激光耦合、近紅外光譜分析、超分辨顯微成像、圖形三維重建等研究。

3.醫學檢驗方向:長期從事醫學檢驗儀器的自主創新與國産化研究,涉及免疫、分子和細胞等領域的微弱熒光檢測、機械手、變溫調控、圖像識别、定位離心、智能控制與AI算法等。

4.圖像處理/人工智能算法方向:聚焦深度學習與計算機視覺、深度學習與生物樣本成像分析、細胞與類器官的人工智能圖像處理算法等研究工作。

累計申請發明專利80項,授權發明專利25項,授權實用新型專利58項。在Lab on a ChipTalanta、光學精密工程等發表論文30獲批II類醫療器械注冊證4項。蘇州市科技進步獎蘇州市好青年榮譽稱号。
