一、基本情況:
羅剛銀,博士,研究員,博士生導師,工程化研究中心副主任,國家創新醫療器械審評專家,蘇州電子協會副理事長。長期從事器官再生、光學成像、圖像處理/人工智能算法等方向的研究。
近年來作為項目負責人和課題負責人承擔了20餘項國家及企業課題的研究,包括國家重點研發計劃子課題、國家科技支撐計劃項目、國家863項目子課題、中科院先導A類項目、江蘇省科技支撐項目、蘇州市醫療器械專項、企業委托項目等。
二、主要研究領域及學術成就:
1.器官再生方向:構建基于腫瘤和iPSC的腦、心、肝和腫瘤類器官體系及其藥篩應用研究;開展器官再生所需水凝膠、生物活性材料、結構支撐材料研究;類器官長時程功能維持與多模傳感檢測技術;體外肝髒常溫機械灌注維持與再生技術。
2.光學成像方向:開展提升顯微成像分辨率、成像速度及成像維度研究,包括高速振鏡掃描控制、多波長激光耦合、近紅外光譜分析、超分辨顯微成像、圖形三維重建等研究。
3.醫學檢驗方向:長期從事醫學檢驗儀器的自主創新與國産化研究,涉及免疫、分子和細胞等領域的微弱熒光檢測、機械手、變溫調控、圖像識别、定位離心、智能控制與AI算法等。
4.圖像處理/人工智能算法方向:聚焦深度學習與計算機視覺、深度學習與生物樣本成像分析、細胞與類器官的人工智能圖像處理算法等研究工作。
累計申請發明專利80項,授權發明專利25項,授權實用新型專利58項。在Lab on a Chip、Talanta、光學精密工程等發表論文30篇,獲批II類醫療器械注冊證4項。獲蘇州市科技進步獎、蘇州市好青年榮譽稱号。
