一、基本情況

2008年6月在中國科學院上海光學精密機械研究所完成碩博連讀,獲得材料學博士學位。2008年7月至今在bv伟德官方网站工作。2015.03 -2016.03新加坡南洋理工大學物理與數學系訪問學者。在校期間主講半導體物理與器件、激光原理、光纖技術等多門本科生及研究生專業課程。工作期間獲得 “優秀青年教師标兵”“巾帼标兵”“寒山教育獎”等榮譽稱号。

二、主要研究領域及學術成果

主要從事光功能材料的研究工作,具體從事稀土摻雜晶态材料的生長、微結構、光譜和激光性能的研究工作。系統研究了摻Yb3+, Ce3+, Nd3+Y3Al5O12,Lu3Al5O12和YAlO3晶體材料的生長、光譜和激光性能,同時研究了稀土摻雜GaN微納米晶材料的制備和表征,稀土摻雜寬禁帶氮化物半導體的光電特性、微結構研究及光電器件的研究。作為主要骨幹成員參與過國家傑出青年基金和國家高技術研究發展計劃(863計劃)等項目的研究工作。目前主持并完成國家自然科學基金項目一項,江蘇省自然科學基金項目面上項目一項,江蘇省自然科學基金項目(青年科技人才專項)一項,江蘇省高校自然科學基金項目一項。以第一作者及通訊作者身份在Journal of Luminescence , Journal of Alloys and Compounds , Optical Materials Express, Optical Materials, Spectrochimica Acta Part A, Science in China等專業刊物上發表論文40餘篇,授權中國發明專利3項。
