一、基本情況:

bv伟德官方网站bv伟德官方网站副教授。20186月獲蘇州大學工學博士學位,師從路建美教授(俄羅斯工程院外籍院士)。20169月至20179月獲國家留學基金委資助,前往新加坡南洋理工大學聯合培養,師從張其春教授(全球高被引學者)。2021年被遴選為碩士生導師。入選中國科協青年人才托舉工程、江蘇省優青、江蘇省科協青年人才托舉工程、蘇州市科協青年人才托舉工程(優秀)、國際科學組織Vebleo會士、Nanoscale“新銳科學家”榜單、中國材料研究學會高級會員、中國微米納米技術學會高級會員、鹽城市科技副總。

二、主要研究領域及學術成就:

主要研究方向包括:(1)有機半導體材料的結構設計與柔性電子應用研究;(2)新型二維光電功能材料的精準構建與低功耗憶阻器件的開發;(3)仿生人工突觸器件的集成與類腦神經形态計算的探索。主持中國科協青年人才托舉工程項目1項、國家自然科學基金青年項目1項、江蘇省自然科學優秀青年基金項目1項、江蘇省科協青年人才托舉工程項目1項、江蘇省自然科學基金青年項目1項、教育部重點實驗室開放課題1項、江蘇省高等學校自然科學研究面上項目1項、蘇州市科協青年人才托舉工程項目1項、蘇州市科技創新政策性資助項目1項。以第一作者或通訊作者發表Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Sci., InfoMat, Nano Energy, Nano ResearchSCI論文40篇,包括中科院二區以上論文18篇,多篇論文入選ESI高被引論文、Wiley期刊高被引和高下載論文,被引700餘次。申請發明專利7項和PCT國際專利2項,授權發明專利3項。

現擔任江蘇省材料學會副秘書長、江蘇省材料學會科普工作委員會委員、江蘇省僑界專家委員會委員、蘇州市僑青會委員、江蘇省高新技術企業評審專家、“學術橋”評審專家等。擔任Nano-Micro Lett.Int. J. Extrem. Manuf.Prog. Nat. Sci.Adv. Powder Mater.ExplorationBrain-XPolymers等多個期刊青年編委或客座編輯。指導學生獲得中國國際“互聯網+”大賽全國銀獎、中國國際大學生創新大賽全國銅獎、江蘇省優秀畢業論文團隊獎、江蘇省“互聯網+”大賽一等獎和二等獎、江蘇省“挑戰杯”競賽三等獎、江蘇省研究生創新實踐大賽二等獎和三等獎、江蘇省研究生學術創新論壇優秀論文二等獎、江蘇省研究生科研創新計劃項目等各類省級以上獎項10餘項,多次獲得“優秀指導教師”稱号。
